What are body memories?
The Injury Recall Technique is based on the observation that accidents and injuries that occurred long ago can lead to body memories, which in turn can lead to health problems after a long period of time.
Over more than 20 years, Dr. Dieter Becker and Dr. Martin Brunck have developed the extended IRT in order to use this method to find and treat old body memories. The basic principle of the effect of an injury pattern is the irritation of the body's control system. Our nervous system obtains all information from special sensors that are covered throughout the body. An "injury event" can be an accident or an operation, but also an infection, vaccination or poisoning.
What they all have in common is that they can leave a faulty pattern in the body that forms the basis for a wide variety of symptoms. Imagine a laptop that has been dropped once...
With the help of eIRT, abnormal muscle control can be visualized in order to find the location of the injury pattern.
The principle of the treatment is based on activating the faulty pattern in order to then bring about a change through the simultaneous stimulation of body points, vertebrae and sensory organs. This principle runs through the various treatment steps of the extended "Injury Recall Technique".
Like in a puzzle in which the pieces fit together to form a picture, the incorrect pattern should no longer be able to be created by changing the individual pieces.
"BODY MEMORIES" CAN BE INVOLVED IN MANY COMPLAINTS
Not only the psyche, but also the body can build up memories of injuries, accidents or operations. And these areas often merge into one another, because biology does not differentiate between body and mind.
When such a memory is activated, the nervous system triggers a flight reaction that interferes with the body's control system. Such mechanisms can not only be the cause of muscular instability, but can also trigger emotional stress that appears to have no cause.
In psychology, too, the work of researchers such as Prof. Stephen Porges is drawing increasing attention to the physical aspects of emotions.
