Oxygen altitude training (IHHT) ensures the regeneration of the energy producers in the body

The reduced oxygen content of mountain air stimulates the body to improve performance. The energy producers in the cells renew themselves and optimize numerous body functions.

Studies have also observed the regeneration of metabolism in type 2 diabetes (insulin resistance), dementia, long COVID and other metabolic diseases.

The scientific evaluation of the methodology is not yet complete and is partly controversial.

The articles reproduced below represent an excerpt and are intended to make it clear why we are already offering IHHT to our patients:

What we use it for -

That`s how we do it -

Intermittent oxygen altitude training (IHHT) is carried out while sitting. The patient wears a light mouth and nose mask.

The IHHT device regulates the individual altitude air required using two measuring caps that the patient wears on their fingers.

Depending on the setting, 4-5 altitude phases are passed through.

You can get an impression of how the IHHT is carried out in the video below this text.
