PHYSICAL ACTIVITY - AN EXERCISE PROGRAM
Humans are made for movement. Muscle cells play a significant role in our body's metabolic rate and thus form the basis for a balanced metabolism and the functioning of our nervous system. Our friend and colleague Dr. Hans Garten from Munich shows you instructions for a short and very effective training program in the following video:
EMOTIONAL HEALTH
Internal balance and stress reduction are important building blocks of health.
Even small changes can help.
We always see emotional well-being in connection with the physical situation and the metabolic factors of the person and refer to this respective interaction as a "state". For example, if you find yourself in a "state" of being overwhelmed, this is made up of the emotional, physical and biochemical side. This gives you the opportunity to end this stressful "state" not only through emotional access, but alternatively to achieve a quick and lasting change through the physical or metabolic route.
The acupuncture system offers a good opportunity for this. Many acupuncture points are located above the passage of the nerves through fascia and can thus be used as a neurological "reset signal" when stimulated. This principle is now widely used in psychotherapy. Our friend, the psychotherapist and sports coach Ulf Sandström from Sweden, has developed a self-help program for patients with his colleague Gunilla Hamne that is based on tapping acupuncture points in a specific order. They have taught this program in refugee camps in Greece, Rwanda, Congo and other places where psychotherapeutic help is desperately needed but difficult to obtain. It has helped many people there to interrupt distressing "conditions". This "tapping program" was developed for traumatized patients. It has also proven to be very helpful for general emotional health. Just give it a try...
By combining beliefs and special tapping techniques, this method can also be used to work on specific issues.
